Justine Waldman joined KRON 4 in 2011. You can watch her anchor the KRON 4 Morning News from 4am to 11am, bringing you the latest breaking news and headlines.
An award-winning journalist, Justine has worked in some of the top newsrooms in the country. Most recently, she was a reporter at WCAU, the NBC owned station in Philadelphia. She covered the Phillies NLCS loss to the Giants, braved blizzards and ate countless cheesesteaks.
While in the Northeast, Justine also worked as a freelance breaking news reporter at NECN and WHDH in Boston.
Covering hurricanes, investigating corruption and going to the beach is how Justine spent her time while reporting and anchoring at WFTX in Fort Myers, FL. She proudly held elected officials and people in power accountable as a viewer advocate. Justine also filled in as a weathercaster and as a live feature reporter for the morning show.
Her first television news job was at WKTV in Utica, NY, where she did everything from shooting her own video, to producing and reporting. Viewers will remember her most from her time anchoring the morning show and hosting community charity events.
Justine graduated with honors from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
A Chicago native, Justine considers herself a loyal White Sox fan. She now lives in San Francisco with her husband. They are enjoying all the fabulousness the Bay Area has to offer.
