SAN RAFAEL (KRON) -- A teenager accused of taking shots at a spurned lover and her friend and of stealing a famous chef's Lamborghini is facing serious time in an adult prison if he's convicted of all the charges against him.

18-year old Max Wade is due in court next month for formal arraignment after a Marin County judge ruled there is enough evidence to go to trtial on attempted murder and grand theft charges.  Wade faces a total of six felony counts.

Police say Wade was the figure in black on a motorcycle who fired shots at Landon Wahlstrom and Eva Dedier while they sat in a truck outside the 2:00 a.m. Club in Mill Valley on April 13th.  Authorities later say they found the stolen Lamborghini in a storage shed in Point Richmond.  The car belonged to celebrity chef Guy Fieri. Prosecutors say Wade rappelled into the British Motors dealership on Van Ness in San Francisco and stole the sports car.

Wade is due back in court November 1st for the formal arraignment.  No court date has been set.  The teenager remains in the Marin County Jail on $2 million bail.
