SAN CARLOS (BCN) -- Two people aboard a small plane are uninjured after the aircraft rolled off the end of a runway while landing at the San Carlos Airport this morning, a Federal Aviation Administration spokesman said.
The nose of the single-engine Columbia plane, registered to Harry Drajpuch out of Scottsdale, Ariz., ended up in a slough adjacent to the airport around 10:15 a.m., authorities said. The airport is located at 620 Airport Drive.
The two people on board got out of the plane without injury, FAA spokesman Ian Gregor said.
As of 11:15 a.m., an FAA investigator was heading to the airport, Gregor said.
