HAYWARD (BCN) -- The Hayward Police Department is seeking the community’s assistance in locating 64 year old Jeanette Tsang. Jeanette lives at an adult independent living facility in Hayward.
On Tuesday morning, she walked with other residents to a local church but left the group with an unknown destination. She is reported to not have any level of age related diminished mental capacity and has left the facility in the past.
On previous incidents she was not gone longer than 24 hours. She has taken BART to Oakland in the past. Contact with the facility this morning (1-18-2013) revealed that Jeanette was seen in Oakland yesterday afternoon but was not returned to the facility.
Anyone with information regarding Jeanette’s whereabouts is asked to call the Hayward Police at (510) 293-7000 or their local law enforcement agency.
