SAN RAMON (BCN) -- An elderly San Ramon woman who was reported missing early this  morning has been found safe, San Ramon police Sgt. Mike Boehrer said.

      Family members reported 81-year-old Esther Neal missing from their  Crestfield Drive home at about 6 a.m.

      She was considered at-risk because of several medical conditions,  and San Ramon police notified the California Office of Emergency Services and  local law enforcement agencies.

      Neal was found at about 9:30 a.m. in a neighbor's apartment,  Boehrer said.
