VIDEO: 3 killed in separate San Jose shootings

SAN JOSE (KRON) -- Three people are dead after two separate shootings in San Jose Monday night into Tuesday morning, according to police.

The first one happened around 11:00 p.m. in the area of S. 1st St. and Alma Ave. This is right near a Denny's restaurant.

The victims were a man and a woman. Their identities have not been released.

Police say this shooting was an apparent murder-suicide.

Both of them died at the scene.

No further details were immediately made available.

The second shooting was reported around 2:28 a.m. in the 300 block of Keyes St.

When officers arrived they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

He was pronounded dead at the scene. His identity will not be released until the Santa Clara County Coroner confirms his identity and tells his family.
