Warriors Injury Update: Thompson expected to play, Durant still out for Game 4

Warriors

OAKLAND (KRON) — Warriors head coach Steve Kerr announced Thursday that Klay Thompson is expected to play in Game 4 of the NBA Finals.

However, Kevin Durant will still be out for Friday’s game at Oracle.

Durant strained his right calf during the Western Conference semifinals.

Thompson sustained a mild strain to his left hamstring that forced him out of Game 2 of the NBA Finals.

Missing Thompson, Durant and Kevon Looney with injuries, the Warriors fell 123-109 to the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night and now trail these NBA Finals 2-1.
