A man accused of posing as a rideshare driver to prey on intoxicated women plead “not guilty” in a San Francisco courtroom Thursday morning.
36-year-old Orlando Vilchez Lazo was arrested last Thursday for for rape, false imprisonment, and kidnapping.
His attorney argued that some of his alleged victims could not identify him in a line-up.
The district attorney representing the alleged victims countered, claiming the prosecution has a strong case including DNA evidence.
Lazo is due back in court August 1.
