3.7 magnitude earthquake strikes near Yountville

An early morning earthquake rattled near Yountville on Sunday.

The 3.7 magnitude earthquake struck around 1:55 a.m. 

According to the USGS, the quake was centered about four miles southwest of Yountville and was about 5.1 miles in depth.

As of 6 a.m. more than 2,800 people in the surrounding areas reportedly felt the quake, USGS says.

There have been no reports of injuries or damages at this time.
