(KRON) — All westbound lanes of Interstate 80 were shut down in San Pablo Monday afternoon due to police activity. The lanes have since reopened.
California Highway Patrol reported the incident was a “possible shooting.” It said a victim was hit by shattered glass, but not gunfire.
The lanes were blocked at San Pablo Dam Road. A Sig Alert was issued.
