The search continues for a mother who is accused of abducting her own children during a supervised visit with Child Protective Services in San Jose on Friday.
The search has been upgraded to an Amber Alert and a warrant is out for the mother’s arrest.
The suspected mother has been identified as 33-year-old Diana Moreira.
Police believe she has her one-year-old son, Alexander, and 11-year old daughter, Priscilla, with her.
Police say she is driving a gray 20-12 mini cooper with the California license plate ‘6UWI251.’
Authorities believe she is heading to Colorado Springs.
The supervised visit on Friday was around five in the afternoon at Emma Prusch Farm Park.
Police say the social worker took Priscilla to the bathroom and when they came out the mother and Alexander were gone.
While the social worker was looking for the mother and son, the daughter also went missing.
Police believe both children went with their mother.
Moreira is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 4 inches tall, 120 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes.
The Amber Alert has been issued with signs all over the freeway with this information.
If you see Moreira and her children call the police immediately.
