Bay Bridge lanes reopen following morning emergency in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — All eastbound lanes on the Bay Bridge are open after a traffic backup caused by an emergency early Friday morning.

Police blocked all lanes around 2:17 a.m. to help a man who climbed over the rails.

By of 5:30 a.m., police allowed two lanes of traffic flow.
