Brothers Steph and Seth Curry face off in Western Conference finals

Things are about to get very interesting in the Curry household!

As the Golden State Warriors prepare to take on the Portland Trail Blazers in the Western Conference finals after eliminating the Houston Rockets with Friday’s Game 6 victory, the Curry household will have to decide who they’re rooting for as brothers Steph and Seth Curry will face off in the playoff series.

For the first time in their careers, Steph and Seth will battle brother against brother in the series.

It will be the first time any set of brothers have ever met in an NBA conference final, according to the Elias Sports Bureau.

They’ll be the first brothers to play against each other in any round since Marc Gasol with the Grizzlies and Pau Gasol with the Spurs did it in the 2017 First Round.

Who will the Curry parents root for and how will they be fair?

Mom and dad to Steph and Seth have reportedly decided to deal with the sticky situation by… flipping a coin!

Sonya and Dell Curry reportedly told ESPN their plan is to “literally flip a coin to split which kid to root for/which parent wear which team’s gear.”

“It’s going to be so much fun,” Sonya Curry told ESPN. “It is. From our end, to see both of our sons to compete at this level and for the goal to be a championship is such a blessing. We never could imagine this. One of them might go home. But we’re going to the championship!”

See how it all pans out in Game 1 of the series, which is scheduled for Tuesday, May 14 at 6 p.m.
