CHP helicopter helps Concord police capture ‘Peeping Tom’ suspect

A California Highway Patrol helicopter helped Concord police nab a “Peeping Tom’ suspect Friday night. 

According to CHP, the helicopter was dispatched around 10:14 p.m. to Walnut Creek and immediately located the suspect hiding next to a fence.

The air operations team directed police units to the suspect’s location where he was taken into custody without incident. 

The Concord Police Police Department is handling the investigation.
