(KRON) — The Oakland Fire Department is responding to a large outside fire Wednesday morning, officials said on X. Engines 3 and 5 are on scene at 34th Street and Mandela Parkway near Interstate 580.
Video from the Citizen app shows a large, thick plume of black smoke over West Oakland.
