Saui Matagiese is one of two fish sommeliers in the world.
Matagiese and Thomas Kuiper, the General Manager of the Ko Olina, Four Seasons on Oahu visited the KRON 4 Studio to talk about the unique job of a fish sommelier.
Matagiese and Kuiper are in the Bay Area for two events: Trailblazer Tavern Restaurant, 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.; Tailgate at Levi’s Stadium, Sunday, Nov. 17.
