Hayward police looking for suspects after officer involved shooting

HAYWARD (KRON) — Police in Hayward are searching for multiple suspects after an officer involved shooting Monday afternoon. 

The police department says no officers were hurt in the shooting, though it’s unclear if any suspects were shot. 

The shooting happened around 3 p.m. on the 28000 block of Capitola Street. 

The suspects were last seen leaving the area in a car. 

Police have not provided descriptions of the suspects.
