Hit and run suspect driving stolen car apprehended near Twitter HQ

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Police say a hit and run suspect was taken into custody near the Twitter headquarters, where there is an anticipated Trump rally on Monday.

San Francisco police said the suspect was driving a stolen car. Tenderloin officers took them into custody at Van Ness and Market. Another scene is at 9th and Market.

Police are asking the public to stay away from the area while they investigate.
