MARTINEZ, Calif. (KRON) — All lanes are open again after a jack-knifed tractor trailer on the Eastbound Highway 4 connector ramp to Interstate 680 in Martinez is blocked lanes earlier, according to a tweet from 511SFBay.
According to a subsequent tweet, all lanes are open but residual delays are expected.
It is not known if there are any injuries at this time.
