KRON4 Morning Buzz: Warriors get ready for Game 4

Bay Area

Trending on the KRON4 Morning Buzz — the Warriors get ready for Game 4 against the Rockets tonight, can Steph Curry be better than he was in Game 3?

In Game 3, Steph blew a wide-open dunk late in overtime and went 7-of-23 from the field, missing several layups and was just 2-of-9 from the 3-point line.

Kevin Durant had a monster 46 points and Draymond had a triple double — that was all good!

The bad — James Harden got away with a charge on the game-winning basket that put the Rockets up by 5 — the refs admit they blew that call, but Coach Kerr says overall, it’s the Warriors Warriors that blew the Game — 126-121.

You win some, you lose some!

Meanwhile in the Kentucky Derby, the winner was disqualified!

Before Maximum Security crossed the finish line, he crossed into the path of other horses, which is a serious violation.

That’s why there can be no wiggle room even if it didn’t cause an accident.

So 20 minutes after the finish, people who bet their money on Country House, who has as 65-1 long shot found out they won a lot of money!

In baseball news, it was a bad start but a good finish for the Giants.

They play again at 9:35 a.m. in Cincinnati, then the Reds head over the Bay Bridge and take on the A’s tomorrow.

Hopefully Oakland will do better at home, this was their last loss to the Pirates on their 1 and 8 road trip.

They also lost Khris Davis. He took himself out of the game after slamming his side catching a foul ball.

He banged his left hip on the rail but Davis says he think he’ll be okay to play tomorrow night.
