MacArthur Tunnel reopens after car catches fire inside

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) – The MacArthur Tunnel in San Francisco’s Presidio is back open Monday after a car caught on fire inside tunnel, filling it with black smoke on Sunday.

The fire department was able to evacuate everyone safely.

The tunnel was closed to all traffic for about an hour.

No one was hurt.
