A 7-year-old boy is riding some hot, new wheels gifted to him by local law enforcement after his bike was stolen by a Christmas Grinch.
According to the Pittsburg Police Department, officers responded to the boy’s home in El Pueblo where it was reported the boy’s bicycle was stolen.
Police say that bike was later discovered in parts.
“Officer Simpson, Haller, and E. Baker went and purchased a new biccyle and presented it to him. Look at that smile,” Pittsburg PD tweeted about the surprise Thursday night.
Way to go, officers!
