(KRON) — Police activity in the area of Mission and Cesar Chavez streets has been resolved and the scene is now cleared. San Francisco police previously asked the public Monday morning to avoid the area.

The city’s emergency management department said emergency crews were at the scene since 6:45 a.m. Motorists are advised to expect residual traffic delays in the area and consider using alternate routes.
