Police arrest man in Walnut Creek for recording under a girls dress

A man in Walnut Creek has been arrested after he was caught using a camera to record under a girls dress in an Apple store, according to the Walnut Creek Police Department.

Police say the man, identified as Jacques Bloxham, was in the store around 3 p.m. on Sunday. 

According to authorities, Bloxham put a camera on top of his shoe before moving his shoe under the girls dress. 

Bloxham was caught by the girls’ dad who instantly told him to stop. He then ran away from the Apple store. 

Officers say they were able to catch Bloxham and arrest him for annoying or molesting a child under the age of 18.

Police say they found camera and recording devices when searching his car. These items were taken by authorities, including the camera Bloxham put on his shoe.
