Bay Area

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) – Police in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood arrested a man they say robbed a tourist.

The man stole the victim’s iPhone.

Police chase him for two blocks before they caught up with him and arrested him.

Despite this latest robbery, police say robberies are down 25% from last year.

They say this decrease is partly due to increased police patrols.
