Police search for 'armed & dangerous' Vallejo man, accused of kidnapping, sexual assault

VALLEJO (KRON) - Police are asking for the public's help finding a Vallejo man accused of kidnapping and sexual assault. He is considered armed and dangerous.

33-year-old Kenneth Weathersby is wanted for two separate kidnappings and sexual assaults of female victims, police said.

He is described as being six feet, three inches tall and weighing 230 pounds.

The Solano County District Attorney's Office has issued a warrant for Weathersby's arrest. 

The United States Marshals Pacific Southwest Regional Fugitive Task Force is assisting the Vallejo Police Department in the search.

United States Marshals are offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to his arrest.

The Solano County Crime Stoppers are also offering a cash reward, but did not specify an amount.

Anyone with information on Weathersby's whereabouts is asked to immediately contact the Vallejo Police Department or their local law enforcement.

The Vallejo Police Department is encouraging anyone who may have information on the crime to contact Detective Rob Greenberg at (707) 648-4280 or Detective Josh Caitham at (707) 648-4342.
