San Jose teacher's aide arrested for molesting, annoying teen boys

SAN JOSE (KRON) - A teacher's aide at a San Jose middle school has been arrested for annoying or molesting two teenagers, according to the police department.

The suspect has been identified as 44-year-old Junior Labsan Bitao from San Jose. 

Police say he worked at Sylvandale Middle School located at 653 Sylvandale Avenue.

Officials say school staff reported Bitao on May 30 for annoying or molesting a child under 18-years-old and touching a person intimately against their will for sexual arousal.

Investigators determined the crimes happened between Apr. 17 and May 1. 

Authorities obtained a warrant for Bitao's misdemeanor arrest. He has since been booked into Santa Clara County Jail on two counts for each crime committed. 

According to officials, there were two victims identified as a 13-year-old boy and 15-year-old boy.
