Seven adults, one child displaced after fire in San Francisco

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Seven adults and a child are without a home Monday night after a fire burned a residential building in San Francisco’s University Mound neighborhood. 

The San Francisco Fire Department said via Twitter that no one was injured in the 1-alarm blaze. 

The fire sparked at 9:20 p.m. at a building at 272 Oxford Street . Officials are still investigating the cause. 

The Red Cross has been notified about the residents displaced because of the fire.
