5 arrested after shooting, fights at San Jose’s PayPal Park

SAN JOSE, Calif. (KRON) – Police responded to a shooting and multiple fights at PayPal Park in San Jose on Thursday night.

Officials say after the San Jose Earthquakes game, multiple fights broke out, and “at least one shooting” was reported in the parking lots at the stadium.

Five arrests were made, including at least one for firearms violations.

One person suffered a grazing bullet wound. All injuries were reported to be non-life threatening.

Over 40 officers responded to this incident.
