Authorities say a car crashed into a home in San Jose’s Alum Rock neighborhood early Thursday after it was hit by a suspected drunk driver.
According to CHP, it all started around 4:20 a.m. when the suspected drunk driver, who was driving a Blue Charger, came down Stewart Avenue, hit multiple parked cars, then when he was approaching a small T-intersection, he made a sharp 90-degree turn into the home on Stewart Avenue just off Alum Rock and White Road.
Officers arrested the man and took him to the hospital for a medical evaluation.
They say at this point no one was injured in the incident.
CHP officers say the suspect is described as a Hispanic man in his 20’s.
