(KRON) — Highway 1 in Pacifica was closed Friday morning in both directions north of the Tom Lantos Tunnels, according to an alert from San Mateo County. The California Highway Patrol was said to be investigating a vehicle crash.
The closure alert was sent out just before 8 a.m., with a follow-up alert at 9:07 a.m. that the roadway was reopened.
The number of vehicles or people involved in the crash is unknown at this time.
