Video camera found in UC Berkeley bathroom, police looking for suspect

BERKELEY (KRON) — Police at UC Berkeley are searching for a man they believe installed a camera inside a restroom stall on the college campus. 

Campus police released images of the person they believe is responsible for installing the camera. They say the camera was found inside the stall on March 15.

Police found pictures of five people the camera recorded that day as well as 13 other photos taken in the same stall between Oct. 15 and Oct. 18. 

The restroom where the camera was found is on the fourth floor of the Moffitt Library. 

Those with information on the suspect or camera found inside the stall are asked to contact the UC Berkeley Police Department at (510) 642-6760.
