(KRON) — The Oakland Police Department is investigating the death of a woman who was discovered Wednesday night on Keller Avenue.

The woman’s body was located around 7:30 p.m. in the Oakland hills just off of Interstate 580. Her death is being investigated as a homicide, police said.

The woman’s identity is currently unknown.
