Cannabinoid-laced dog treats sold at Berkeley pet store

BERKELEY (KRON) —  A new product promises the same ingredient that helps medical marijuana patients will help your pets.

Owners of a pet store in Berkeley said Treatibles are helping their four-legged friends with a range of issues–from anxiety to arthritis.

KRON 4’s Kate Cagle went to find out why these dog treats are flying off the shelves.

But the makers said not to call it “pot for pets.”

There is no THC in the product, the owners said.

According to the website, a bag costs $24. And case of 10 is selling for $220.
