Deputies assist Oakland salon owner in search for missing puppy

News

The Alameda County Sheriff’s Office hopes the public can help reunite a 7-month-old puppy with her family.

Deputies say Kimyatta Albert, owner of Skin Within Beauty Salon, noticed her dog SheShe was missing around 12:15 p.m.

The puppy is a Shih Tzu and Toy Poodle mix.

Albert said she was with SheShe at the salon located on Jefferson Street where it appears the pup was able to crawl under a security screen door and onto the street.

Dogs go missing all the time but SheShe plays an important role in Albert’s life.

SheShe has helped Albert and daughter Madison, 14, and Morgan,9, heal from a loss in their family.

According to Albert, in April of 2015, she lost her mother Ernestine. She says the family hasn’t been the same since.

SheShe helped Albert and her girls heal and find joy after a devastating loss.

She was last seen wearing a doggie T-Shirt that said, “No Photos Please”.

Albert is offering a $300 reward for SheShe’s safe return.
