Fresno: $714K Home

If you’re looking to spend $750,000 in Fresno, you can get a picture-perfect home on a third of an acre with a perfectly manicured lawn and a spacious one-story layout.

Custom homes in this part of northeast Fresno don’t come up often.

The custom features are obviously right when you walk in the door.

“The family room is carpeted,” local real estate agent Paul Chopra says. “You can see the unique ceiling in this particular room.”

Chopra says it’s rare to have a single story home like this with 3,400 square feet.

“We have a chef’s kitchen with a lot of prep area,” Chopra explains. “We have a breakfast area that is included also that looks into the fabulous backyard.”

This home was built in 1992 and has a large built in cabinet in the living room and two fire places.

There are four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.

Chopra says the rooms have plenty of space.

“Even with a king size bed, it is a huge bedroom,” Chopra says. “It has got duel walk in closets.”

There is a specific space for the washer and dryer. The house even has a finished three-car garage for those wanting to park their cars in luxury.

In addition to the expansive lay out, the home has a backyard built to entertain with a nearly olympic-size pool.

“We also have a lawn area where the kids can play,” Chopra says.

The house is situated in a desired part of the city. It’s in the Clovis school district and is minutes away from Fresno’s iconic Woodward Park and some of the best shopping in the Central Valley.

Chopra says he doesn’t expect this home to be on the market much longer.
