San Francisco’s Glide Memorial Church hosted its annual Thanksgiving feast and volunteers came out in full force to put the meals together.
Thanksgiving is a very special holiday, and Glide goes above and beyond in spreading holiday cheer to everyone.
The organization has been serving the homeless community and those in need for 50 years.
Officers with the San Francisco Police Department also pitched and in Chief Bill Scott spoke with KRON4 about Glide’s impact.
Scott said the work the church does for the community year-round is gratifying.
