A man was killed Thursday morning in Emeryville after he was ejected from his vehicle.
The accident happened around 7 a.m. on Interstate 580 to Interstate 80.
According to CHP, the victim, who’s in his mid-30s, was driving an SUV when he lost control and collided with a divider.
He was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene.
Officers say the victim was the only occupant in the car and was not wearing his seatbelt.
