Woman accused of sexually assaulting 2-month-old baby, recording it


FAIRMONT, W.Va (WBOY) – A West Virginia woman was arrested after she allegedly performed oral sex on an infant.

Jalisa Freeman, 28, is accused of performing oral sex on a 2-month-old baby and recording it, according to West Virginia State Police.

Freeman allegedly created two video recordings and shared the recordings with at least one other person through Facebook, troopers said.

Freeman is charged with sexual abuse by a parent or guardian, first-degree sexual assault, two counts of distribution of material depicting minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, and two counts of recording of sexually explicit conduct of a child by parent or guardian.
