News

Officials say a new brush fire has sparked in Southern California Monday.

The fire reportedly broke out at round 10 a.m. along the 118 freeway in the Santa Susana Pass.

Authorities had shut down the 118 Freeway at Yosemite Avenue but the freeway has since partially reopened.

Crews were able to stop the 105-acre fire from spreading in Simi Valley.
