The former California GOP chairman, Ron Nehring, talks about the possible candidates that could run against Gov. Gavin Newsom in a recall election.
“I think the most important quality to look for in a Republican who is running statewide in California is have they won in a Democrat majority area before or Democrat plurality area before?” Nehring said.
