Saturday service expands to more Bay Area DMV offices this weekend

The California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) announced on Wednesday they are offering Saturday service every weekend at 60 total field offices statewide starting this weekend.

The offices will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and all services except behind-the-wheel exams will be provided.

Officials say the expanded Saturday service is part of the department’s continued effort to ease wait times in field offices.

DMV offices will remain closed on Sunday.

The following Bay Area field offices will be open every Saturday beginning Aug. 4:

  • Concord
  • Daly City
