SF city leaders to vote on homeless navigation center along Embarcadero

San Francisco city supervisors on Tuesday will vote on a navigation center for homeless people along the Embarcadero.

The proposed plan has been a topic of controversy since the Port Commission approved the project in April.

Groups for and against the plan have been vocal in their positions but now one side is threatening to go to court if the vote does not go in their favor.
