San Francisco police are searching for two suspects who robbed a Muni bus driver Wednesday afternoon.

According to the San Francisco Police Department, the victim was operating a 37 Line bus around 3:50 p.m. in the area of Parkridge Dr. and Burnett Ave.

Officer say, two females boarded the bus and shared words with the bus driver.

The two suspects started attacking the driver and during the assault one of the suspects grabbed the victim’s bag that was sitting next to her on the bus.

The suspects quickly exited the bus and fled on foot.

The bus driver sustained non-life threatening injuries and was treated at the scene.

Police are looking into surveillance video and Muni video that may have captured the incident.
