SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — Gary Radnich joined Darya Folsom on Monday morning to discuss the San Francisco Giants’ struggles, Anderson Varejao’s unique situation, the post basketball career for Kobe Bryant, looking back at Aaron Rodgers and Alex Smith draft and Johnny Manziel playing Pokemon Go.
The Giants have came out of the All-Star break slow. Madison Bumgarner and Johnny Cueto were unable to win games against the low San Diego Padres. After Buster Posey’s first career extra inning home run, the Giants blew the game in the final moments by having a balk with the bases loaded.
Varejao and the Golden State Warriors agreed to terms for a new deal which keeps the center in the Bay Area for at least another year. He could have collected a ring last season after the Cleveland Cavaliers won the NBA title, but there is still a mystery as if he actually took it or not.
Kobe Bryant has always been popular around the world, but maybe just as much in China compared to anywhere else. His new commercial focuses on his brand in another country…playing ping pong.
Gary also goes over the 49ers drafting Alex Smith over Aaron Rodgers, a decision that haunts many of the faithful.
Johnny Manziel football has had a tough start to his NFL career, and now he’s joined the Pokemon Go sensation.
