Two arrested in case of body dumped in San Francisco Bay

Police have arrested two people connected to a homicide investigation that happened in San Francisco.

Authorities say that on Feb. 20, the SFPD was contacted by Sacramento police regarding a person who claimed to have participated in a murder in San Francisco. 

Investigators learned that the body of 23-year-old George Randall-Saldivar had been recovered from San Francisco Bay waters on Feb.18 at approximately 4:40 p.m. near 1600 The Embarcadero.

San Francisco homicide investigators interviewed the suspect who admitted to involvement in the murder and dumping the body in the bay. 

Upon further investigation, officers determined that the homicide took place in an apartment on the 1200 block of Market Street. 

On Feb. 21, officers arrested Gerald W. Rowe, 48, at his home on the 1200 block of Market Street.

Rowe was booked into San Francisco County Jail on the charges of murder, conspiracy, false imprisonment and kidnapping.

On Feb. 27  Angel Anderson (aka David Anderson) age 36, of San Francisco was transported from the Sacramento County Jail to San Francisco and was booked into San Francisco County jail on the charges of murder, conspiracy, false imprisonment and kidnapping.
