OAKLAND (KRON) — Through years of ups and downs, the Oakland Police Department has sat front and center in the spotlight.
Now, a Bay Area documentary filmmaker has turned his sights on Oakland police, and his film called “The Force” is set to open this Friday in the Bay Area.
KRON4’s Dan Kerman spoke with the filmmaker and has a preview of the film.
